Regularly scheduled posting resumes today
Silence.
Silence can be deadly for blogs which thrive on a constant stream of updates. Although some blogs thrive despite their labored pace, On Financial Success hasn’t yet reached that point.
If you’ve wondered about the silence, just remember that money or blogging is only a tool to get what we want in life.
As important as blogging is, investing my time in my family is even more important to me—despite their tendency to interfere with posting!
Thanks to a long Independence Day weekend, regular posting resumes today. In the coming weeks, you can expect posts on buying a new vehicle, inflation, and snowflaking.
I’ll also be answering reader’s questions, explaining why I’m saving less, sharing more about my personal journey, and hosting the Festival of Frugality 134.
I’m also going to make a habit of guest posting. My next guest post covers who to listen to and who to ignore when it comes to financial information. You’ll find that post at MoneySocket today. Make sure to drop by and check out his classy redesign.
The next two weeks promise to be interesting. Make sure you subscribe so you don’t miss out.

Being with family is much more important to me than anything I do online or off!
(but glad to see you’re back anyway)

It’s good to know I was missed. As cute as little ones are, it’ll be a nice change when our youngest daughter (4 mo) is old enough to play with her older sister (19 mo). When they can finally entertain each other, it might be possible to string more than two or three words together without an interruption!

Family time is the most important. I’m really looking forward to starting a family of my own. Thank you again for the guest post. I’m looking forward to your new articles Aaron, take care.

Danny, I imagine the money you saved by moving to TX from SF will allow you to make many trips home to visit your relatives. Just remember to use Craigslist first when furnishing the new place! Even my frugal nature was tested when we built our house.
